E-invoice
We prefer to receive e-invoices. Processing e-invoices is
quicker, more reliable and cheaper than paper invoices for boththe sender and the recipient.
Email invoice
The invoices should be attached to an email in PDF format.
Emails must not contain more than one invoice (and related
appendices to the invoice). If the email contains attachments
other than the invoice, they should be added as attachments to the invoice. The maximum attachment size is 2 MB. After you have emailed your invoice, the service will respond with an acceptance or rejection email within 15 minutes.
